The following is a minor patch to the tutorial. As pointed out in a mail by
rbcollins in
http://mail.gnu.org/archive/html/gnu-arch-users/2004-01/msg00860.html,
archive-fixup requires a '-A' when specifying the archive. This appears to
still be required with 1.2.
