Is this a limitation of NFS or a bug in tla?
I really hope arch can be made to work on NFS; I want to use arch at
work where all of /home is NFS-mounted; only /tmp is local, but this is
not very practical as it is regularly cleaned and I work on different
machines.
Unfortunately, I can't login to the NFS-server as the wiki suggests.
I don't know if it really matters speed-wise, but it may be a good idea to
teach tla to store temporary files out of tree (configurable of course),
so the user can choose /tmp or a ram disk when working on NFS.
