Explicit ids for files are of the form ./.arch-ids/$filename.id
Explicit ids for directories are of the form ./$filename/.arch-ids/=id
When there's a directory $filename and an explicit id
./.arch-ids/$filename.id, tree-lint provides no warning of any kind. I
think this is a bug-- deleting a file should require the corresponding
.id to be deleted in all cases.
I got into this situation because I had a directory named foo.version
and a symlink foo -> foo.version. I deleted the symlink and renamed the
directory to foo.
