'tla revert-id file [revision]' would be approximately equivalent to:

tla library-add ${revision}
cp `tla library-file .arch-ids/${file}.id ${revision}` .arch-ids/${file}.id

Except it works in the absence of libraries (pristines etc, like all
the other commands that need to find a revision) and without all the
bugs. Revision defaults to the same thing as undo.

The logical sense is "set the explicit id for this filename back to
what it was in the previous revision"; like the other *-id commands,
it operates on a filename rather than a logical file. It's the
complement to 'undo', for when you've mangled the tree with accidental
deletions and want to put it back sanely (undo itself won't work until
you sanitise the ids).

[I just spent ten minutes doing this by hand. It's boring.]
