I use a similar set-up, with ~/ARCH/archives/, ~/ARCH/mirrors/ and
~/ARCH/revlib/. In retrospect calling it ~/arch/ would have made more
sense but I'm doing this on enough machines now that that I don't
particularly want to change it.
