"patch-3" is a patchlevel, not a revision name of any kind.
"foo--bar--0--patch-3" is a revision name, and it would be acceptable here.
"address@hidden/foo--bar--0--patch-3" is a fully-qualified revision
name, and it would also be acceptable.
So your proposed changes would be incorrect. Anyhow, there's a better
option: we can make "tla changes patch-3" work.
