Changes since 2.87:
* The default expression and files are included in the prompt, rather
  than inserted into the minibuffer.  Emacs 20 users can retrieve the
  defaults for editing via the minibuffer history (M-n); Emacs 19 users
  can use igrep-insert-default-key.
* If igrep-expression-default is 'ignore, avoid the "Wrong type
  argument: stringp, nil" error.
* Quote the directory part of the files, to handle special characters
  such as spaces.
* Allows lists of file name patterns as defaults (see
  igrep-files-default).
