Sure, that would be an alternative approach.  However, since bind8 is
long since deprecated, the simplest way forward for modern distributions
is not to use it.  bind9 does not have the problematic nonfree dnssafe
stuff.  As I understand it.


(Karl: I suggest listing it on Software_blacklist as "bind8" or "bind
version 8" or some such, more explanatory than just "bind (8)", which
looks kind of like a man page reference. :)
