If you mean, were older versions freed, there has been no statement
about the license changes being retroactive as far as I know.  It seems
unnecessary.  I was under the impression from Ken (Lunde, at Adobe) that
there weren't any technical changes to the files when he released the
versions with the new license (there have been some since).

I didn't do actual diffs, though, since all I cared about was the
current versions.  So I guess this message is uselessly vague.  Sorry.
