How about an ad (and focus) more like:

        "A reliable tool to help programmers work well together, and
         with their employer, and peer employees"

Less catchy -- but far more sane.

Of course, when deployed in a typical corporation, with a typical
(i.e. unbounded) employment contract -- the facistic application of
the tool you vend is nearly unavoidable.  "You *must* use SF -- it is
a Condition Of Employment".
