Thanks for caring, but I make a profit just fine creating free
software. It is my sole source of income. And yes, I am planning on
turning a profit during the next years on my work that will hopefully
obliterate a lot of manual labor and inferior alternatives. This is
called progress. And I plan to profit from it. Quite a few
low-quality jobs will get lost. Currently one page layout process for
a high quality critical edition takes two months to do and a lot of
menial work. With my software, the job is done in two minutes
instead. Of course, jobs will get lost in total. And lots of book
projects become feasible that were prohibitively expensive before.
It is called progress. It does not make sense to constantly reinvent
the wheel just to keep busy.
