Ah but the GPL itself (which is what counts) only specifies "on a
medium customarily used for software interchange", so that is one
the lawyers can argue over, although I can't see anyone going to
court to prove the point in preference to using the Internet to
download source code unless legal fees fall a lot, or the Internet
gets even more hostile.
