I guess it's more non-native-English-speaking or mental deficiency. A verbatim copy contains exactly the words of the original. A copy in which letters have been replaced by other letters, or by codes, is not a verbatim copy. A copy in which the exact words have been printed on a T-shirt or painted on a wall is a verbatim copy. Stop being an idiot.
