I found it using a simple search on Verizon.com.
You can look for "MI424WR", or "Actiontec FiOS", or "GPL"
and probbaly others as well. One of the links found is

entitled "FiOS Internet - Wireless home networking with
an Actiontec MI424WR router" and that page contains a
link to the source code download and offer.
