[Gnu-music-discuss] mudela-book and doc patch

The patch add very simple support for landscape paper in
Latex.

\usepackage{landscape} in the preamble, and then optionally
\twocolumn in the body will work with a4 and letter paper.

I'll have a look at the geometry package later, after fixing some
stuff it should be possible to do.

Also a little work on mudela-book.tely. Attached is also
a file mb-latex.tex to be put in Documentation/user. It will
eventually become a text case and example file for lily and latex.
(I missed this file in my last patch)
