Once you have the file in Postscript format, you can use the
programs 'psnup' or 'mpage' to print 2 pages on each 
paper. Combined with 'psbook' and twosided printouts, you
could easily produce your own little book with the manual.
(Assuming you are on a UNIX system, that is.)
