Re: lily 1.3.136 compilation problem...

  I searched the archive and the only thing I could find find concerning 
version.hh was a bug in Oct 2000.  lily-guile.cc wasn't in the GNUmakefile.  In 
this case, kpath.cc is also not in the GNUmakefile, but version.hh does not 
exist anywhere in the distribution.  Is this a bug, or am I missing something?
