Piano pedaling instructions - FIXME for 1.4

Hi again,

I'm writing about the piano pedaling instructions here. They're somewhat
inconsistent.

Pressing the right pedal on the piano causes sustain, so both
\spanrequest \start "Sustain"
and
\sustainDown
should print the "Ped." sign.
The opposite applies for the "*"sign.

I haven't tested the sostenuto yet.

Concerning una corda:

One conventionally writes "una corda", not "una chorda". Likewise "tre corde".
It's Italian ;-). So, I think those things should be worked out for 1.4.
