Minor correction in Debian release checklist

A new Lintian warning came up when preparing the 0.5 release of Gnuastro
about not having a "to unstable" in the changelog description even though
the state was changed from `experimental' to `unstable'. The checklist was
thus slightly modified so this warning doesn't come up again.
