Details:

Currently, Table can't save FITS ASCII tables, if the user asks for saving the
FITS output as ASCII tables, they will be told that this feature is not yet
implemented. I francly didn't have the need to work with ASCII FITS tables
while I was making Table, so since my time is very limited, I left it for
later. 

It is not too hard to implement, the main complication is that the `TFORMn'
keywords of the FITS header have different formats between ASCII and binary
tables.
