Details:

Knowing which links in a webpage link to an external source and which are
within the book can help in readability. As part of sr #109106, I noticed that
the French CSS <https://www.gnu.org/style.fr.css> has an interesting solution
to this problem (by placing an arrow before the link name). Here it is:

@media screen {
#content a[href^="http://"]:before,
 #content a[href^="https://"]:before { content: "\2197"; }
#content a[href*="fsf.org"]:before,
 #content a[href*="gnu.org"]:before,
 #content #home a[href^="http://"]:before,
 #content a[href*="upgradefrom"]:before,
 #content table a[href^="http://"]:before,
 #content table a[href^="https://"]:before { content: ""; }
}

Maybe other solutions (instead of putting an arrow) would be to change the
colors of such links.

But anyway, it may be interesting to add a link identification system to mark
links to external pages in Gnuastro's CSS
<http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnuastro.git/tree/doc/style.css>.
