I am getting the following message when compiling a program
that contains the line
004500 SPECIAL-NAMES. C01 IS NEW-PAGE.
CJVTUS08.COB:45: unknown system-name `C01'
make: *** exit code 1 making CJVTUS08.c
The IBM Cobol manual says the C01-C012 means skip to channel 1 through
12 respectively.
