CVS Updated.

Fix majority of warinings from C compiler when
compiling generated C code (eg. -Wall -Wmissing-prototypes)
Aim is to produce code that does not produce any warnings/errors !
You can check with eg. export COB_CFLAGS="-Wall -Wmissing-prototypes"
and then "cobc -v .... "
I know that one corner case produces a warning.
Please report.

Start indenting code.
Complete for libcob/*.c

This is Linux style indentation.
To my mind this is more readable.
