OpenCobol works with Oracle Pro*COBOL. I don't know if
the other databases you mention have COBOL pre
processors. I think for pgsql you could use esqlc,
write your SQL code in a C module and link it into the
COBOL, calling it from COBOL. I've used this technique
in the past.
