[open-cobol-list] OpenCobol 0.33 binaries

To all who might be interested in,

I've put some OC binaries on my home website, so it might be useful for 
somebody.

All of them might not be the best, but they are okay and passed almost all 
possible tests.
As soon as 0.33 will be released officially I'll update all platforms.
If somebody interested in binaries for another platform/abi just email me and 
I'll check what I can do.
