We need someone to get keys to admin the opencobol.org site.  If I'm  
correct, a quick SQL delete pass over the spam comments will alleviate the  
Denial Of Service we are experiencing.  opencobol.org is growing, (or was)  
but denial of service may kill active involvement.  Frustration leads  
people away, fast.

Please.  :)

I'll do it, given some keys.
