[open-cobol-list] New manual or update to match OC 2.0? |

Is there/will there be a 2.0 version of the
excellent COBOL Manual by Gary Cutler (currently
open on my lap)?
Failing that is there a list of substantive
changes/additions to the compiler? I assume bug
fixes. What I am curious about is features added
or deleted.
