[open-cobol-list] -ftrace option

There are times that the -ftrace and its cousin -ftraceall are useful. 
At this time I have used the OC compiler on Windows 32 and 64 bit, AIX 
and Sun Solaris.  I have found that these options only produce the trace 
on a 32 bit Windows uniform.
