I believe I got the right version ("reportwriter" - 23NOV2013). It's tagged
internally as "GNU COBOL 2.1". I incorporated Sergey's recent fileio.c fix for
the GOBACK problam and successfully built an OSX version. Next is
Windows/MinGW. After that - V2.1 of the PG. :-)
