processing and storing of his personal data.

This is also true in the UK under the Data Protection Act. The US
offers its citizens far fewer rights over their data that most of the
world. Without this this provision the application would be unusable
in the EU.

I see this a easily accomplishable.

If someone would write a concise description of the requirement we will add it into our requirements. We expect to have several specific country adaptions and have allowed for these in the design (we have not started the implementations yet).

Of course, we need to make it configurable, but not optional.
