Thank you for the patch.  I noticed however that it mentions that it
requires CVS kinterbasdb.  Is this because it was only tested with the cvs
code or because of some features present in the CVS code?

Also, does this mean we can remove the comment

from the code base?  In other words...are you using the driver now? :)
