You should be able to get to them from a menu option.  Specifically

Window->
        Property Inspector
        Object Navigator
        Event Editor
        Datasource Editor
        Schema Navigator

These are checkable menuable items that will be remembered at next
startup (iirc)

Nope just use menu options above.
