This is the purpose of regression/BREAKAGE. We list cases
where the new version breaks something. Of course when new
tests are added and an old version would get it right that
is information we don't have.

This file was trunctated after 3.0.0 so if you are talking
about pre 3.0.0 programs you have to look at 
gnugo-3.0.0/regression/BREAKAGE.
