I don't think that would be very interesting since they don't have
much in common. random.c is of potential use to anyone who wants a
GPL-licensed random number generator, not necessarily a go programmer.
gtp.c and gtp.h on the other hand are intended to simplify for other
go programmers to implement GTP and are therefore distributed under a
different license.
