This is wrong. Try this on the following file:

gnugo -l [filename] -t -d0x04000

A simple sanity check in the form of a call to is_legal in
atari_atari_confirm_safety would prevent this. However we
probably want to look deeper and find out why do_atari_atari
returns an illegal defense point.
