[gnugo-devel] An example

We need to start looking for examples to enhance the new
combination.c. Examples do abound.

Here's a game that was played on NNGS. At the end of the
game, B can atari at O12 then cut at R13. Earlier there
is an issue that W's move 168 is unsafe since it can
be answered at R6.

These are the types of things I hope that combination.c
will be able to find.
