[gnugo-devel] Added Tests

Here is the tar-file of my suggested tests to add.

The last four are somewhat adapted from a game respectively completely
artificially constructed. I believed that each of them shows a typical
GnuGo mistake very clearly, and indeed it got all of them wrong as
expected.

I marked all problems with * as GnuGo3.0.0 got them wrong. Appended
below is the result of GnuGo 3.1.13.
