[gnugo-devel] current BREAKAGE

Unless for some reason it doesn't seem a good idea I'd
like to wait until Sunday to put up a 3.1.14 snapshot.
In the meantime I updated regressions/BREAKAGE to show
what tests pass and fail as of yesterday's CVS version.
Naturally this will be revised for the 3.1.14 release.
The arend results should not be taken too seriously
since as I understand it many of the unexpected PASSES
probably passed for 3.1.13 too.
