Which version of GNU Go are you trying to run, and where did
you get it?

There are a few ports of GNU Go 2.6 to WinCE machines. Presumably
GNU Go 3.0 and the forthcoming GNU Go 3.2 are too big to run on
a small machine. 

The 2.6 ports are listed at http://www.gnu.org/software/gnugo/gnugo.html.
We don't support these ourselves, you would have to contact the
person who did the port for help.
