The GNU Go test suites consist of an sgf-file storing the position (or
the complete game), plus an .tst-file where all the remaining data is
stored. Have a look at the GNU Go manual (created by cd doc; make gnugo.ps),
chapters 20/21 for explanations of the used "Go Text Protocol" and the file
regression/owl.tst for examples.

This can do everything you want.
