[gnugo-devel] CVS and Edmondton

[bump]

I added a slight modification of connections_3_6.1a to the CVS
and made a CVS tag rel-3-6-1-pre-1.

See BREAKAGE for the current test results. These differ
slightly from what I reported yesterday because I added one
connection pattern.

I'm leaving for Edmondton and the 21st Century Cup on
Thursday. Go Intellect and Go4++ will both be there,
so any last minute tuning based on the Olympiad 2002
games would be welcome.
