[gnugo-devel] Revision of patterns.db

I've put up a largish patch at

which makes some revisions of patterns.db. These are essentially

* Add O and sometimes X classification to e patterns.
* Revise the use of e and E classifications according to the scheme in
  http://mail.gnu.org/pipermail/gnugo-devel/2002-October/003003.html
* Reordering of some CB patterns; "connect attacked keima", "hane",
  and "keima" patterns collected together.
* Unification of certain very similar patterns.
* Some "real" tuning. Search for pattern comments marked 3.3.12.

The patch has no effects on the regressions.
