On a similar note, I ran a small series of games between my metamachine
(with some feature updates as compared to the last time I wrote about
it) and Aya. The first three games were played while I still had some
(rather severe) bugs in my code; Aya won two, my metamachine one. The
first game, (own by the metamachine), Aya crashed after making a very
bad play (breaking a seki). After fixing it, I ran another 10 games (6
with my metamachine as W, 4 as B), with my metamachine winning 7-3 (4-2
as W, 3-1 as B). All games were played with komi 6.5. Aya crashed
partway through the last of the games, though black (the metamachine)
had a decisive lead. I can post SGF files if anyone is interested.
