It would not exactly be a big GTP extension to support them and we
could always start with the ascii interface. Anyway, I don't consider
it a high priority.
As a side note, would the pattern matcher, including the DFA's, handle
non-square boards without problems?
Hm, there's some board orientation code in play_gtp.c that would
definitely get into trouble.
