Doesn't the Mac have a "Menu" key ?

I would assume it has got to do with that most Mac apps place their menus
in the top-edge menu bar rather than having their own menu - or so I've
been told. That's what I meant when I recently said "even if it runs on
Mac it won't be much Mac-like".

This behaviour can be invoked on Linux as well. Most of the time one
will go to the menu by pressing Alt-<active letter>, though.
