[Gnumed-bugs] Unhandled exception juggling name searches

Here I had been jumping back and forth between a real patient whose name 
contained "pon" and a fake patient "New Patient" in whom I omitted to put in a 
date of birth.

For "New Patient" I had inputted, but did not save, a progress note which was 
the basis for my screenshot asking for the feature

        from within Notelet, choose to make a "new problem"" a Health issue

Anyhow I tried to jump from "New Patient" to a real patient and was warned that 
I had an unsaved note, therefore I discarded it, and jumped back to a real 
patient and then I refound "New patient" but was warned this patient lacked a 
date of birth which I acknowledged, except when I got to the patient the DOB 
was no longer blank but, instead, the patient ribbon at the top continued to 
show the real date of birth from the patient whom I had already left.

I went back to the real patient and fiddled with the episode in a health issue 
(making the episode "closed") and I think it was when I then tried to re-find 
"Patient, New" that it threw an exception.
