[Gnumed-bugs] GNUmed 1.1.4 Notes editor still saving wrong encounter type? |

In spite of setting a different value in the notes editor (plugin) encounter
type, when I save the notelet and I check the Journal, what I see is the
default.
If I then choose a different patient, and if I am then prompted by GNUmed to
save or edit details (which in spite of my earlier change again presents me the
default) then if I change it here and continue to the next (searched) patient
and then come back, the desired value was saved and shows in the Journal.
Possibly the default is written (and appears in the Journal) at the *start* of
the encounter and the Journal does not refresh (even after saving one or more
notelets) until after exiting the patient and then returning to the patient.
If that is the case, should the Journal be refreshed or is there a performance
penalty such that users would rather have to learn such (technical) awarenesses?
