[Gnumed-bugs] UE after trying to delete an unattributed episode from the EMR tree

In the EMR tree plugin, I had tried to delete on of Kirk's episodes except it 
turned out to still have data attached.

I also clicked multiple times to show / hide the triangle under Unattributed 
and hit some responsiveness problems. I had not realized the episode would not 
be deleted and was trying to test whether the tree would refresh itself without 
first having to raise some other patient into focus and then return to Kirk. So 
I clicked the Simple notes plugin and then the EMR tree plugin.

Then I realized there was still data attached and so I clicked on the 
encountlet and contextually-clicked tried to edit it and I think it was at that 
point that I hit the UE.
