I am still not quite sure what you did:
Did you remove all *users* but yourself, or did you
_deactivate_ all *persons* inside the database (there is not
"remove" on persons from within the client) ?
When you say "with me as a new user I repeated the procedure"
- did you login as yourself to do so or did you still login
as any-doc, just that you yourself _also_ existed as a user ?
