Hah ! The signals stuff. A good read. Seems very clear to me.
I already see the uses of it *grin*.

I wonder if we noticed this: with async backend signals it
is even possible to signal off-site clients if they
happen to be connected to the same database server. Say, I'm
off to a house call and the pending lab of the patient comes in
at the office which I notice on my handheld.
